Crunchy cabbage and carrot with pesto dressing

This salad is very easy to make... and nutritious!

This time, I used half of tiny sliced red cabbage I had left, two shredded carrots, and a few sliced green onions. 


For the dressing, a small amount of vegan homemade mayonnaise, vegan sour cream, and pesto alla Genovese.
